Basically mafia, but based on the characters and events that took place in the book "The Gray House" by Mariam Petrosyan.
The civilians are named dwellers. Each of them is afraid of the Graduation, and therefore wants to get to the best place for themselves, without being in another. There are three options - the Outsides (marked as 'O'), the Inside (marked as 'I') and Another Circle (marked as 'C'). The Mafia has a different name here - Carriers, they help dwellers, rather than kill them. However, the dwellers are still in danger. They can be killed from the Ghost card or transferred by force with the Counselor cards. Every dweller tries to travel to the location he needs, every night trying to find his carrier. The carrier, in turn, chooses three targets each night, hoping to help them.

Interesting, but I really can't read russian >->
Thank you! I will try to recreate the manual (it is quite an old project to be honest and I've lost manual's source) and post an update :)
